BEIJING, August 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping met to discuss and organize rescue and relief efforts following a devastating landslide in Gyirong County, Xizang Autonomous Region, in southwestern China on Wednesday.
Chinese President Xi Jinping today called for the mobilization of "all available means" to locate and rescue the missing in Tibet, "whether Chinese or foreign", during a meeting of the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC).
