Born in Ellwood City on August 20, 1938, Tom was the son of the late George and Margaret Nye Bunney.  He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Josephine Pasquale, after sixty-six years of marriage.  Tom worked at Matthews Conveyor and also B&W. A Veteran of the US Navy, Tom enjoyed watching old westerns, cutting his grass and his daily morning coffee at McDonalds. Tom is survived by children; Thomas & Claudine Bunney, Jr. of Fombell, Dave and Karla Bunney of Humboldt, TN, Don and Luisa Bunney of Ellwood City, Jody and Michelle Bunney of Bells, TN, Jenny and Joe Weisz of Ellwood City, Renee and Drew Latsko of Chippewa and Rick and April Bunney of Marion, IA, twenty-six grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Tom was preceded in death by his son, James Bunney, two sisters, Betty Smith and Pam Bunney and a brother, George Bunney. Friends will be received on Friday, August 21st from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 97 Grim Avenue, Ellport. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 22nd at 10:00 AM.  Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions can be made in Tom’s name to Club Hope, 113 Collins Rd., Ellwood City, PA 16117.
