Paweł Kozanecki, known as the "coffin on wheels" lawyer, remains elusive. Police say the warrant issued for his arrest gives them ample opportunity to pursue him. There are also reports that the lawyer has been seen in Łódź and Dziwnów. "Fakt" reporters visited both locations.
The whereabouts of convicted attorney Paweł Kozanecki are being determined. Police, acting on court orders, have been unable to place him in custody. "There is no set number of inspections at his place of residence," explains Łódź Police spokeswoman Kamila Sowińska.
Wanted by police, Paweł Kozanecki is keenly interested in the proceedings and is in contact with the court, his attorney said in a statement published by Radio Łódź. The attorney claims Kozanecki wants to serve his sentence but previously requested electronic monitoring. The justice system is responsible for the delay in considering the case.
