Thief caught on video stealing tires from Jim Keras car lot

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A suspect caught on surveillance video was shown stopping their vehicle on the side of the road to steal tires from a vehicle parked in the car lot of the Jim Keras Nissan dealership on Covington Pike, according to Memphis Police.
