The Syrian authorities today accused Druze armed groups of preventing students from travelling from the south to take secondary school examinations and of demanding that evidence be made in areas controlled by these militias.
In Syria's Suweida province, some armed Druze groups who have declared allegiance to Israel reportedly prevented students from traveling to the capital Damascus to take middle and high school exams.
