The men's volleyball team of Belgium qualified for the quarterfinals of the European Championship, after defeating the Czech Republic in the round of 16 today in Turin.
In the round of 16 match of the European Championships in Turin, Belgium defeated the Czech Republic 3-1. The Czechs won the first set quite convincingly, but their opponents prevailed in the subsequent sets. The Belgian volleyball players will face the winner of the Slovenia match in the quarterfinals.
Belgium is the seventh team to detach the ticket for the quarterfinals of the European men's volleyball team.
