The ex-international Argentinian Federico Martin Aramburú never returned home to the Basque Country. He fell under the bullets of a former ultra-right wingman. The murder trial opened this Monday in front of the Paris bench court.

Former international rugby player of Argentinian origin, Federico Martín-Aramburú, died in Paris, shot dead, on March 19, 2022. Four defendants, including two sympathizers of the French far right, will be tried during the trial before the Paris Assize Court which opens this Monday, September 7.
