Union Saint-Gilloise is playing its European home matches this season at the Oud-Heverlee Leuven stadium. However, one match could not be played there for safety reasons. This concerned the match against the Israeli side Hapoel Beer Sheva. An alternative location has since been found.
Sad news for the supporters of the Union Saint-Gilloise.No solution could be found to host the match against the Hapoel Beer-Sheva on Belgian soil, no city being willing to put in place the necessary security arrangements. So the USG will, in a way, play a fifth game on the move.
