The High Court of Justice of La Pampa confirmed on Monday that a person sentenced to life has the right to know when he can request a review of the sentence and apply for parole upon serving 35 years of imprisonment. This is the third pronouncement of the body in that sense. The only difference with the previous ones was that the ruling was now by majority, as there was a vote in dissent.
