The Constitutional Court (ÚS) has rejected the complaint of Jindřich Sander, who stabbed another man in front of a Pilsen bar in July 2023. The sentence of five and a half years in prison for attempted murder is therefore valid. According to the ÚS, previous courts did not violate the attacker's constitutional rights, ČT found out from the resolution that the ÚS made available on its official board.
