The city of Sibiu is literally underwater, following the devastating fruits of months in the afternoon. The storm rains have caused flooding in several areas of the municipality, and firefighters have been asked to intervene in dozens of locations for water evacuation. Among the institutions affected are the offices of the Inspectorate of County Police (IPJ), the Romanian Information Service (SRI) and the Clinical Hospital of Pediatrics.
