61.417 transactions were recorded, the third best data for a month of July of the INE's historical series, only behind those of 2025 and 2007.
Navarra led the increases in the sale of housing with an increase of 26.4% in July, a month in which nationwide there was a decrease of 5.1% year-on-year, with 61,417 operations, representing the sixth decrease in this year, according to data published this Friday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE).
