Ádám Fásy's wife, Mária Fásyné Gurzó, was taken in handcuffs to the Kecskemét courthouse by NAV investigators on September 9. The woman was arrested on charges of budget fraud and using a false private document. Now, there has been a twist in the case: the prosecution itself has requested that milder coercive measures be applied against Marika Fásy, as they no longer see the need for pre-trial detention.
