The President of Kazakhstan, Kasim-Jomart Tokaev, posthumously rewarded the dead during exercises in the Caspian Sea with State awards, reported on Sunday to the Head of State ' s press service. "The decree of the Head of State for the courage and dedication shown in the performance of military duties and the State ' s (postmortem) awards were awarded to the soldiers who died during exercises in the Mangistu region", the report states.
The 14 soldiers killed during the exercises in Mangistu province were awarded posthumously the State prizes of Kazakhstan, as reported by President Kasim-Jomart Tokaev ' s press service.
