The nationalist formation announces that it will only vote in favour of the first decree, just as it did last week.
"More needs to be built, that's going to take time," said PNV spokesman Maribel Vaquero.
The PNV maintains the same position they adopted last Friday in the Chamber.
"We're going to do it out of consistency and responsibility," says his spokesman, who refuses to validate the second decree, that of the automatic extension of rents.
