Until recently, the price of 200,000 crowns per square meter was the domain of luxury residences with beautiful views, but now it is also accepted by buyers of very small apartments. New buildings with a price tag above this limit accounted for over a quarter of all Prague sales in the spring. Year-on-year, the share of these super-expensive apartments in the country's largest real estate market has almost doubled.
