From September 27, 2026 to March 27, 2027, Hanoi will pilot traffic management on Nhat Tan Bridge to ensure traffic safety and reduce congestion. Traffic will be adjusted on La Thanh Road to Voi Phuc intersection. Hanoi will also manage traffic on Nguyen Trai Road to facilitate the construction of Ring Road 2.5. Review and address existing traffic management issues on three expressways.
