Prioritas wins tender to manage corporate rights of IDS Ukraine group – ARMA
The commission for selecting a manager for complex assets of the National Agency for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) has selected Kyiv-based Legal Bureau Prioritas LLC, owned by Zhanna Yefremova, as the winner of the tender to manage the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group, according to minutes of the commission meeting on Sept 23 posted on the ARMA website on Thursday.

Prioritas Law Firm LLC, which ARMA has chosen as the administrator of the seized corporate rights of IDS Ukraine, will conduct an in-depth audit of the group immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
The winner of ARMA's selection competition for IDS Ukraine, the "Prioritas Legal Bureau", is planning to begin an immediate audit of the group.
