The man accused of stabbing his ex-partner in the street in Gijón last Friday accepted a prison sentence of nine months on Wednesday for breaking, weeks before the assault, the restraining order that was in force. The trial took place in square 3 of the Court of Instance of Gijón, where the defendant has reached an agreement in accordance with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, according to the Gijón Area Prosecutor’s Office.
