The case concerns prohibited contact before a match in the 33rd round of the Ekstraklasa and violations of regulations applicable to coaches and referees.
Jagiellonia Białystok coach Adrian Siemieniec has been banned for six Ekstraklasa matches for illegal contact with referees last season. Assistant referee Arkadiusz Kamil Wójcik has been banned for two years, and referee Paweł Raczkowski will pay a fine.
