The boss of the French heavyweight mobile video game Voodoo, is "entered into negotiations for a majority stake" in the capital of the digital media group DC Company.
The operation aims to support the growth of the digital media group and to strengthen its investment capacity, according to a joint press release.
This operation "is intended to accompany a new phase of development of the group, in particular by strengthening its investment capacities," said Alexandre Yazdi and DC Company in a joint communiqué.
