The holder of the Instructional Court No. 2 of Tarragona, Rubén Rus Vela, has extended until 26 January 2026 the Montoro case, according to an order of 26 July, to which this wording has had access. In the resolution the instructor justifies this decision because "on recent dates the accusation has been communicated to about thirty persons, both physical and legal".
