On 13 March, a human rights defender, Tolekan Ismailova, was taken for questioning by members of the General Directorate of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, on the eve of which she became aware of the fact that an inquiry had been carried out in connection with publications published on Facebook account "Tolekan Ismailova", which, according to the law enforcement authorities, might have caused "the negative reaction of the users".
