Howard Stern Calls Out Guillermo Rodriguez’s DWTS Dancing
Stern said fans should stop voting for Guillermo Rodriguez and questioned whether Witney Carson should keep dancing while pregnant.
On Tuesday, the so-called Guillermo Effect claimed its first victim on Dancing with the Stars, though Guillermo Rodriguez and professional partner Witney Carson continue competing despite ongoing controversy.
Radio host Howard Stern, 72, recently urged fans to stop voting for Rodriguez, expressing concern that Carson, who is pregnant, faces health risks while dancing with the amateur performer.
Stern stated, "Listen, the first thing I should say is I don't think we should vote for Guillermo," prompting audience boos, and questioned the pairing, saying "The guy can't dance to save his life."
Carson took to TikTok to clarify that she and her baby are both doing well, emphasizing she understands her body's limits and prioritizes her health while competing.
Rodriguez remains in the Season 35 competition despite vocal criticism, and Stern, while maintaining his voting stance, still wished the duo "luck" as they advance through the show.
