- Directed by Israeli filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, the documentary features testimony from 24 Israeli military officers outlining systems and protocols they allege Israel uses to target and kill Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
- More than 1,500 Israeli filmmakers signed a petition defending "freedom of expression and creation," while last week 43 human rights organizations urged authorities to stop what they described as incitement and threats against the filmmakers.
- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other political figures called for the directors to be stripped of citizenship, while National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir described Abraham and Szor as a "disgrace and an embarrassment."
- Following a record-breaking 25-minute standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival where it won the Special Jury Prize, the documentary will hold its North American premiere at the New York Film Festival on Saturday.
