Electric scooters can only be left in designated areas after being rented, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Stanisław Bukowiec announced on Monday. The ministry is also planning changes affecting cyclists and bicycle cards. The politician hopes the regulations will come into effect before the end of the year.

This is a pathology that endangers other road users," Stanisław Bukowiec said on Polsat News. The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure added that the ministry is working on two bills aimed at improving road safety. These include the approval of vehicles and parking spaces.
