At the proposal of the Ministry of Development, the Government adopted a regulatory act prioritising investments financed from the national budget in order to improve the use of public funds. The Government ended the funding of new projects by 2027. These are the most affected areas appeared for the first time in Romania TV.
The government has decided to stop funding for sports halls, cultural sceptical and canalisation, and stadiums will be built with only 25% of the beneficiaries' contribution. The measure aims at budgetary balance and investment priorities.
