The new presentations incorporate two Rockhopper companies and advance on Borders & Southern and Desire Petroleum. They also individualize executives from Navitas and Eco Atlantic to rebuild the chain of decisions behind hydrocarbon projects
"The Presidency reports that new criminal complaints will be brought against companies that will be developing activities related to hydrocarbons on the Argentine continental shelf, in violation of the prohibitions provided for in Law 26.659," Casa Rosada said in a statement.
This action “will result both in the expansion of pre-existing judicial processes and in the opening of others,” the Executive said.
