The Government of Javier Milei advanced with the sanction procedures against 15 executives and additional companies that would have violated the prohibitions of Law 26,659 for the illegitimate development of hydrocarbon activities in Malvinas. The list is composed of eight companies and seven linked persons as shareholders, managers or strategic suppliers of the oil companies involved in the projects questioned....

Argentina's authorities have announced Wednesday that they will initiate proceedings to punish 15 additional people for their oil activities in the Malvinas Islands, which adds to the work to adopt punitive measures against 45 other companies and individuals.

There are eight companies that provide services to the oil companies and the other seven are shareholders, confirmed sources of the executive branch to the NA Agency
