The Department of Emergency and Interior, through the Emergency Coordination Centre of the Generalitat Valenciana (CCE), has sent an Es-Alert message to Valencia’s mobile phones on the occasion of the red alert decreed by “risk of flooding on the north and south coast of Valencia due to heavy rains” starting at noon this Sunday.
