The Generalitat Valenciana has subsidized 18.7% less families benefiting from a public housing contract between July 2025 and July 2026, compared to the same previous year. While in that period the rent of 1,955 families has been subsidized, in the previous year the bonus was applied to 2,392 households, which implies 437 fewer families, according to data from a balance sheet of the housing council published on Thursday.
