- The revised emblem is nearly identical to the Palestinian Authority emblem, differing only by a shield with the NCAG acronym, and the NCAG updated its social media accounts replacing the original bird emblem.
- Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wrote on X that Israel will not accept a Palestinian Authority symbol, and critics like Avigdor Liberman lambasted the move, sparking backlash.
- The NCAG's role appears limited to technical and logistical tasks, with members not yet in Gaza and expected to coordinate with Ramallah, international aid agencies, and the United Nations, while last week Netanyahu allowed PA representatives at the Rafah Crossing.
