Washington - US President Donald Trump is likely to attend the G7 summit in France in mid-June, he told reporters on Monday, Reuters reported. Trump's attendance had been uncertain until now. The summit will take place from June 15 to 17 in the spa town of Évian-les-Bains on Lake Geneva. From 15 to 17 June, the spa town of Évian-les-Bains, in Haute-Savoie, will host the G7 summit organised by France. However, its security, reinforced and particularly expensive this year, will be mainly the responsibility of Switzerland. While the authorities fear violent demonstrations in Geneva, the country is preparing to pay for the broken pots, stresses the Swiss press.
