The European Court decided not to exclude fugitive President Victor Yanukovych and Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich from the sanctions list. Radio Liberty reporter Richard Jozwyak on social media X. "An additional major victory for European Union sanctions against Russia today before the European Court of Justice (ECS): the appeals of Victor Yanukovych and Roman Abramović against their removal from the sanctions list were dismissed", he wrote.
