'Justice Hotline 135' Is Coming! A New Era in Access to Justice: It Will Start in 3 Pilot Provinces.
Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced that the "Alo Adalet 135" service, which will allow citizens to submit their applications regarding lengthy court cases and investigations more quickly and easily, will be launched in three pilot provinces on September 1st. Citizens will be able to use the service to submit applications for court cases exceeding five years and investigation cases exceeding three years.
The "Alo Adalet" (Hello Justice) hotline, to be established as part of the 12th Judicial Reform Package, will be numbered 135. The service will begin in Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir in September, and will be implemented in all courthouses after October.
