Within the scope of the 2026-2030 Turkey Artificial Intelligence Action Plan, public employees will receive mandatory training in basic AI literacy through e-learning. Upon successful completion of the training, micro-certificates will be awarded, roadmaps will be prepared within 12 weeks, and AI-supported pilot services will be scaled up in e-Government.
