From the 1st of October 2026, the roads will experience an unprecedented change in the regulation of their traffic lights. The intermittent amber color for the vehicles will not again coincide with the green one for the pedestrians. This has been reported by the General Traffic Directorate (DGT), which in 2022 already warned of the danger of this measure.
