According to him, as the law states, if the government does decide to establish a committee of inquiry, it will notify him as the Chief Justice, and he will appoint the chairman of the committee.
Supreme Court President Amit announced that he had decided to transfer the authority to determine the composition that will discuss the order establishing the committee to his deputy, Justice Noam Solberg. • In the explanatory notes, he wrote: "For the sake of clarity, there is no place for me to make decisions in these proceedings."
