In the light of the appeals lodged by the defence of the former clarisas, the Court has agreed to terminate the eviction which it had indicated for this 3rd October, pending the decision of the Provincial High Court.
The Briviesca Court of Instance has suspended the eviction pending the resolution of the appeals against the judgment of 31 July.
The judge of First Instance and Instruction of Briviesca has suspended the eviction of the schismatic nuns of Belorado (Burgos) scheduled for 3 October after the judgment of 31 July was appealed before the Provincial Court of Burgos, according to the press office of the judicial body and has confirmed to EL PERIÓDICO the spokesman of the schismatic nuns.
The Court of First Instance of Briviesca has agreed to cancel the eviction of the former Belorado nuns, scheduled for this Friday, 3 October.
The defence of the former nuns has exhausted the time limit for filing the appeal on the judgment that the Breton women had to leave the convent of Beliforan.
