The latest projections show AfD leading in the eastern state of Saxony-Anhalt with around 44.2% of the vote, a result that could earn the party an absolute majority in the state's 83-seat parliament.
According to recent projections, the BSW is barely making its way into the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt – and thus changes the majority relations. Party leader Amira Mohamed Ali promotes an unusual government model.
