On Friday, the highest administrative court ruled that the capture of these birds from the field using nets, until now prohibited because of a non-selective mode of hunting, is now compatible with the proper conservation of the species.
The High Administrative Court rejected the appeals of associations which opposed hunting by the so-called "pants" method in certain departments of the South-West.
