The Lithuanian Court of Appeal, where the case of bribery, kickbacks, influence peddling and illicit enrichment against Druskininkai Mayor Ričardas Malinauskas, former judges of various courts and other individuals is being heard, will begin on Monday. R. Malinauskas, who appealed the Kaunas Regional Court verdict last year, previously told BNS that there is no evidence of his bribery, and that he does not even know most of the other defendants.
