An extraordinary session of the Warsaw Council regarding the introduction of a night-time ban on the sale of alcohol in the capital brought an unexpected turn in the matter.
Let me tell you this: what happened in this case is beyond belief," one councilor said during an extraordinary session on the introduction of prohibition in just two districts of Warsaw.
