Chairman Seimas Yuozas Olekas begins a three-day visit to Moldova on Monday, during which he and his Baltic colleagues will confirm their support for the European integration of Kishineuv.
The Presidents of the European Parliaments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are visiting Chisinau, where, in addition to their Moldovan counterpart, they have supported a press conference, reaffirming support for EU accession. Igor Grossu stressed that Moldovans are Europeans, a thing of history and facts.
The joint visit of the three parliamentarians from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to Chisinau marks a turning point in the external perception of the Republic of Moldova. Expert Čtefan Bejan points out that this diplomatic demers goes beyond the symbolic sphere, as evidence of deep solidarity and a critical transfer of expertise from the state that has succeeded in disseminating definitively the influence of Kremlin.
