The First Section of the Provincial Court of Badajoz has issued an order clarifying the ruling of the David Sánchez case, brother of the President of the Government, issued on 14 July in which it sets out more precisely the scope of the disqualification sentences imposed on the convicted and agrees to reserve actions with respect to Miguel Ángel Gallardo Miranda for the events included in the so-called Block C.
