The Public Prosecutor ' s Office considers that there is no criminal evidence in the high-ranking offices and refers the proceedings to the provincial prosecutor ' s offices.
The Minister of Health, Presidency and Emergencies of the Junta de Andalucía, Antonio Sanz, expressed on Tuesday the "satisfaction" of the Autonomous Government after the decision of the Prosecutor's Office of Andalusia to file the complaints related to the screening program of breast cancer. The Public Prosecutor's Office concluded that there are no criminal indications in the actions of the high-level officials.
The Attorney General's Office of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia has issued an archive decree on the three complaints filed for non-compliance with health care programs on breast cancer screening against five senior officials of the Department of Health, Presidency and Emergencies of the Junta de Andalucía.
