The underpass at the An Phu intersection (Ho Chi Minh City) was deeply flooded after heavy rain on the evening of September 10th, which continued until this morning (September 11th), forcing authorities to temporarily close both directions to pump out the water. This resulted in vehicles being pushed onto the road surface and causing a traffic jam stretching over 2 km.
