- Authorities urged residents to stay indoors, avoid travelling, and keep away from rivers and basements, while the Ibiza Airport website warned travellers to check flight status due to adverse weather.
- AEMET currently shows a red alert for the Balearic Islands and an orange alert for Valencia after record rainfall, following summer warnings in half of Spain's 50 provinces with rain expected to ease by October 1.
