TGJones in Bridgend is closing: posters up in the Rhiw as the second of the region's seven at-risk stores goes

The shop that was WHSmith until last year has "store closing down, everything must go" posters in its windows at the Rhiw Shopping Centre, which says the staff have been "inundated with concern and compassion" since they went up last week. Bridgend was one of seven south-west Wales branches left waiting on rent deals when the chain's rescue plan was approved in July.
