The Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) partially overturned the sentence of the Monterrey Regional Chamber and determined that Fernando Rodríguez González's replacement ended with the beginning of the second ordinary session of the Congress of Coahuila, so Antonio Flores Guerra is empowered to exercise the power of attorney by the Labor Party (PT).
